Manto, the movie based on the life of the legendary literary figure, Saadat Hasan Manto, has received a tremendously positive response for its dark, intense, rich in context, bitter and thought-provoking storyline. According to boxofficedetail.com, Manto has seen a growth of 40-50% on Saturday as the average occupancies of the movie rose, taking the total to PKR 48-50 lacs.
While the numbers are still coming in, the film is expected to cross the earnings of the recently released movies “Moor” and “Shah”.
