For Pakistan, friendship is like a cup of tea and biscuit, both compliment one another, the same goes with our friendship with Japan.
The Counsel General of Japan in Karachi, Toshikazu Isomura, to commemorate the friendship between both countries, attended a 2-day event called “Hamara Dostana” (Our Friendship) held yesterday at Japan Consulate to celebrate 65-years of Pakistan and Japan diplomatic ties.
During the event, he said that currently, 83 Japanese companies are already operational in Pakistan overall, and soon, more companies will be starting operations in the country.
The Counsel General said that both Japan and Pakistan are enjoying a good relationship and it will further strengthen.
He also said that the Olympic Games will be held in 2020 in Japan, so he has invited the guests to visit the Japan on this occasion.
The Chairman of Pakistan Japan Business Forum Sohail Ahmad has said that the first business delegation of Japan had visited Pakistan in 1948.
He said right now 83 Japan’s Companies are working in Pakistan and more than 12 thousand people are working in these companies.
