The revered James Bond Actor, Sir Roger Moore has passed away in Switzerland at the age of 89.
According to statements on his social media accounts, the star lost his life after a short but brave battle with cancer

The hero was the third actor to play British secret agent James Bond, in seven feature films released between 1973 and 1985.
He was also famous for his roles in hit shows The Saint and The Persuaders. What is more, he was a great humanitarian at heart and devoted a lot of his time to work for those in need. He became a UNICEF goodwill ambassador in 1991.
James was born in Stockwell, London on 14 October 1927. He studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts [RADA].
In 1966, he became a contender for the iconic role of 007 after Sean Connery declared that he would be quitting to play the character.
