Bank AL Habib to launch car financing facility

Bank AL Habib shall soon be launching a car financing facility, under the name of Bank AL Habib Apni Car.

This facility offers financing for imported and locally assembled cars (new & used) through convenient payment plans. The minimum loan available is Rs 250,000 and maximum loan is Rs 2.5 million. The salient features of Bank AL Habib Apni Car include affordable monthly installments, fast processing, low mark-up rate, range of the top insurance companies to choose from and no prepayment penalty All these features are enhanced by personalised customer service and the trustworthy reputation, which Bank AL Habib has earned over the years.

LG, the Korean company which is the second in the World to introduce a curved screen television is ready to deliver its 55-inch curved screen marvel to public.

The company has announced that it will begin accepting pre-orders for its 55-inch (54.6-inch diagonal) Curved OLED TV (Model 55EA9800) in South Korea. Delivery of these orders will begin next month.

Almost 19 billion messages were sent per day on chat apps in 2012, compared with 17.6 billion SMS texts, telecom and media consultancy firm Informa said.

Yahoo's email service in China will close this summer as part of an arrangement worked out with its partner in that country, Alibaba Group.

The service is scheduled to close Aug. 19. Yahoo is recommending users of its free email service in China transfer their accounts to another provider such as Aliyun, an email alternative offered by Alibaba.
