The Federal Government and Government of Punjab have announced that employee salaries for the month of June are to be distributed before the coming Eid ul Fitr holidays.
The salary distribution is to occur from 20th-22nd June as Eid holidays commence from 26th June onwards. Employees can rejoice as they would be able to spend freely on the Eid festivities.
On the other hand, there will be a 5-day holiday will be observed by Pakistanis as Eid ul Fitr is to be celebrated on Monday, 26th June to Wednesday, 28th June, not to forget the weekend before the occasion. All public and private offices will resume work on Thursday, 29th of June.
