Rising Pakistani actor Fawad Khan and his wife joined Ali Zafar at a jam night in a newly converted basement studio in Lahore. Zafar had gifted a four-bedroom villa, spread over 15,000 square feet, in Lahore, to his wife Ayesha.

 

Amongst the guests were musician-actor Fawad Khan who was accompanied by wife Sadaf, Goher Mumtaz from rock band Jal and Ali Azmat from the Sufi rock band Junoon.

“The idea was to come together and create real music in my own jam room,” said Ali. “We started at 10 pm and jammed on everything, from Kishore Kumar classics to popular rock numbers. We’ll be having another bash soon,” said the actor.

Zafar said that he and Fawad “have been friends for years,” but the EP singer “does not sing much anymore.”
