With Valenica, Bayern Munich and Liverpool, all pining for the much wanted Easah Suliman to join their teams, Aston Villa beat them all with the 16 year old signing a 2 year contract with them.

The highly rated newbie can play as a midfielder and defender both and has proven his mettle as a captain for England at the youth level and by representing Villa, last season, at the FA Youth Cup and the Barclays U18 Premier League. He has been with Aston Villa since the age of eight, through his scholarship years at school, but with the rising interest from competition, Villa finally got him to sign a 2 year professional contract.

esah-1Kimberly Sean, Academy Director for Aston Villa, expressed his delight at getting the star player for his team,“’We’re delighted that Easah has signed his first professional contract with the club. We’ve been able to develop young, local players over the years and it’s great that we can continue to do that with Easah.”

The British-Pakistani player will next be playing at England U17s championship and is expected to continue his star progress at the upcoming event and back with his team Villa. Talking about Easah, Kimberly Sean went on to say, “The key for him now is to continue to work hard, to maintain the same excellent attitude he has displayed so far and to continue to learn from his coaches. Having fought off competition from home and abroad for his signature, everyone here at Villa will help him get the most out of his abilities and we’re excited to work with him in the coming years.”
