The Dubai International Film Festival announced more titles on Wednesday ahead of its 12th annual event from December 9 to 16, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Suffragette,” starring Carey Mulligan, “Truth,” starring Robert Redford and Cate Blanchette, and Lenny Abrahamson’s “Room” will join the growing list of screenings.

Argentina’s “The Clan,” which won Venice’s Silver Lion, and Croatia’s “The High Sun,” winner of the Un Certain Regard jury prize at Cannes, are also in the lineup.

Other titles vying for top prizes at Dubai are “Youth,” “Dheepan,” “The Assassin” and “Cemetery of Splendour.”

The DIFF is the longest-running film festival in the Gulf region and the only one in the United Arab Emirates.
